During the pre-approval application process we'll ask you to select the vehicle that you wish to purchase and then provide the necessary personal information to complete the application. Once your application is complete, GMAC will request a copy of your credit report and evaluate your application for pre-approval.

We'll advise you of a decision regarding your pre-approval application and send a printable certificate to the e-mail address that you provide in your application, usually by the next business day. Take the certificate to your GM dealer. If your application cannot be pre-approved, you should still visit your dealer to explore your financing options. If you do not want to receive our decision or other information about your application by e-mail, then please visit a GM dealer to complete a GMAC credit application.
